The SR-15 E3 Mod 2 series' 5.56mm NATO barrel is manufactured for military-grade durability and is free-floated inside a URX4 M-LOK handguard. The 5.56mm 3-Prong Flash Eliminator interferes with propellant gas combustion forward of the muzzle to significantly reduce flash signature. It will not ring upon firing or when struck and is compatible with Knight's line of 5.56mm QDC Signature Reduction Devices.

Note: Charlie's receives these rifle uppers as both independent parts and also as take-offs from brand-new factory KAC rifles. There is no difference. All rifles ship with the same parts, and the same warranty.
Note: The factory 3 prong flash hider can be pinned to bring the upper to a non-NFA 16" barrel length. We can also swap the flash hider for other muzzle devices before shipping - ask us. We can also pin and weld, although the shop effort is a little more due to how hard it is to remove the muzzle device.
