Note: This is a brand new upper receiver. Charlies receives these as both new in box and rake-offs from new rifles. In 2023, most are recently removed from a full rifle, as Knights has been very slow to issue parts.. It has been test fired at KAC. It is otherwise 100% new, and has not been fired since it left Knights factory. Rail covers and BUIS iron sights are NOT included. No factory box is included.
