A genuine Colt M4A1 SOCOM factory upper receiver group — Block 1 configuration, complete and non-SBR-marked. This is the real article: a Colt-rolled flat-top upper assembled at the Hartford plant to the same Technical Data Package spec that built the M4A1 carbines fielded by U.S. SOCOM units in the early GWOT years.
Complete assembly includes the Colt 14.5-inch 1:7 twist chrome-lined barrel with the correct M4 profile and step-cut for the M203, front sight tower with bayonet lug and sling swivel, KAC RAS M4 rail system, A2-pattern birdcage flash hider, and a full bolt carrier group and charging handle. The receiver is forged 7075-T6 aluminum with the Colt rollmark and original Block 1 configuration markings.
This upper is the correct foundation for a clone-correct Block 1 M4A1 build — the configuration run by SOF operators in Afghanistan and Iraq circa 2002-2006. Drops onto any mil-spec lower. Non-SBR: the barrel is 14.5 inches and requires a pinned and welded muzzle device to hit 16-inch overall for title-1 builds.
