The War Hammer Armaments Complete MP5 Super Safety Lower brings the company's forced-reset trigger system to the full-size MP5 in a purpose-built black polymer housing. Designed for the Century Arms AP5, Zenith ZF-5, MAC-5 and POF-5, this complete assembly incorporates War Hammer's Gen 2 HK-style hammer, installed trigger and Super Safety system. Its Kevlar- and carbon-fiber-reinforced construction retains the familiar MP5 grip-module profile while incorporating War Hammer's modern fire-control design.

The real story is the hammer. War Hammer developed its own recontoured hammer to address a mechanical problem encountered with earlier MP5 forced-reset systems, preserving the roller-delayed operating characteristics that make the MP5 distinctive.

The Hammer Makes the Difference

The product offered by Charlie's represents the next development in the War Hammer story.

Rather than relying on a separately manufactured metal lower, War Hammer introduced its own reinforced polymer trigger housing, integrating its Super Safety system, Gen 2 HK-style hammer and associated fire-control components into a complete assembly.

The black housing incorporates Kevlar and carbon fiber reinforcement, etched selector pictograms and a familiar MP5 grip profile.

Each completed lower is manufacturer-assembled, inspected and test-fired.

HK SP5 and PTR shelf-pattern receivers require a different housing. Compact MP5K-pattern firearms require the corresponding short configuration, and thus do not work with this trigger housing.
