From classics such as the Gordon Carbine to the old Colt 3X optics, it allows for a more natural posture and better clearance for ear protection and passive aiming with night vision optics. Enter Unity Tactical.
For over a decade, Unity Tactical has been producing high quality mounts and accessories for discerning shooters. The FAST mount series brings the optic height to 2.26" for a heads-up posture and more natural spine position. Available for a variety of optics and magnifiers, Unity Tactical brings the high mount advantage to modern, flat top platforms. Another benefit is less neck fatigue from craning the head down while wearing helmets and other heavy gear. FAST mounts use a rail clamp for secure mounting, though a throw lever quick detach upgrade is available separately. All FAST mounts are built with hardcoat anodized 7075-T6 aluminum for durability and light weight. Black and Flat Dark Earth options are available.
The FAST Micro is built for the Aimpoint Micro footprint such as the Aimpoint Micro H1, H2, T1, T2, and CompM5 (will not fit CompM5S or M5B), many Sig Sauer, Holosun, Primary Arms, and Vortex optics.
Unique to the FAST Micro is a built-in back up iron sight set. The rear aperture can be used with an included front post that installs in the mount, or it can be used with an existing front sight already on the weapon.

The FAST mount provides the shooter with a quicker sight picture than standard height mounts. A 2.26” optical centerline height provides faster/easier reticle acquisition while wearing electronic earpro/communications headsets, night vision goggles and gas masks and allows for more rapid visual processing of the tactical environment by promoting a heads-up posture. A heads-up posture also helps users maintain a neutral spine position, which is more comfortable while wearing helmets, plate carriers, and other heavy gear.
The FAST Micro Mount features built-in standard height back up iron sights that keep weapons uncluttered, without reducing capability. Both front and rear BUIS are completely adjustable for windage and elevation. The front sight post can be removed so that the rear BUIS aperture can be used with a traditional front sight such as our FUSION fixed or folding sights (if present), creating a more conventional sight radius. However, the built in front/rear BUIS is perfect for backup on super short PDW/SMG platforms where rail space is critical for mounting lights and lasers.
NOTE: For rail mounted optics, use the lower 1/3 co-witness FAST Optic Riser or standard Absolute Riser. Other optics can use FAST mounts designed for the Aimpoint Comp series, as well as the Micro-S for the Duty RDS and CompM5B/CompM5B. Trijicon is also compatible with FAST mounts available for the ACOG and MRO. Try pairing with a Flip-To-Center mount to keep your magnifier within the footprint of the weapon. LVPO FAST mounts are available in 30mm and 34mm variants. An optional QD Lever upgrade is available, as well as offset bases for piggybacking micro optics.
