With over 100 years of quality rifle making, Sako is a brand which needs no introduction. Their cold hammer forged barrels are renowned for their accuracy and are the heart of every Sako rifle. The S20 is built on a classic style three lug action allowing faster cycling with a shorter bolt lift. The shorter bolt lift and integrally machined scope bases allow for low mounting with plenty of bolt handle clearance. The S20 is a hybrid design allowing the user to switch stocks and forends for different uses. This is the Precision variant with adjustable stock and M-LOK forend. The in-house trigger is user adjustable. The barrel is fluted and threaded 5/8X24 for use with a muzzle brake or silencer. Another feature built into the action is the longer maximum cartridge length magazines for reloaders to take advantage of long, low drag bullets. The stock has an aluminum chassis for rigidity and durability and the rifle is finished in industry standard Cerakote.
All Sako rifles, including the Sako S20, feature match-grade cold hammer forged barrels. There are many advantages to cold hammer forged (CHF) barrels: they’re durable, accurate and have excellent tolerances. The cold hammer forging technique changes the structure of the steel, increasing its toughness and making the barrel life of your rifle longer. CHF barrels do not have to be broken in, but instead have superb out-of-the-box accuracy.

Buying and shipping through Charlie’s is easy, but there is some information you need to know. This item must ship to FFL holder. No civilian exceptions.
1) Check your state laws to make sure the federally regulated item you want to purchase is legal in your state.
2) Find your FFL… Have your dealer send us a copy of their FFL to Charlie’s (Make them earn their fee!!!)
3) Be patient! You should hear from our compliance department within 3-4 business days. If not, feel free to reach out for a status update.
