One of the really cool things about Geissele mounts is that they have a number that are certified for certain scopes, but that can get the buyer confused. While this scope is designed around the S&B 3-27X ultra long range scope, it is really a fantastic extended 34 mount with extra lugs for an AR10, SR-25, HK 4717, M110, FN SCAR, and similar large frame AR style semi-automatic rifles. The mount is extended forward, but not super extended, and has extra lugs to take advantage of the longer Picatinny rails on the large frame guns.
