About Our Shipping & Return Protection
We partner with Redo to offer hassle-free return and package protection at checkout. When you opt in, your entire order is instantly covered by two layers of security:
- Free Return Shipping: If your items don’t fit or aren't quite right, you can return them via our portal for an exchange or store credit with completely free return shipping labels. If you choose to opt out at checkout, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
- Package Package Protection: Your shipment is fully insured from the moment it leaves our warehouse. If your package is lost in transit, damaged during delivery, or stolen from your porch, we will fast-track a replacement or reimbursement for you.
Please note: Protection fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
