Badger Ordnance
Badger has taken their very popular Condition One modular mounts and created a super hearty mount to hold on to any scope with any high recoil weapon. The C1 Max features a wider, 1" ring with six screws per ring, and more mounting screws to keep the mount in position atop a Picatinny rail. Badger C1 Max mounts sport 4 low profile cross screws. The mount is not cantilevered, so this mount is designed for a larger AR-10 style gas gun, or a bolt gun. Perfect for larger calibers. The C1 Max is compatible with standard Condition One modular accessories and attachments.
The Badger Ordnance Condition One Max (C1 MAX) is a heavy-duty riflescope mount designed for precision shooting applications. It's built to provide a stable and secure platform for mounting optics on rifles.
The Condition One Max Scope Mount by Badger Ordnance was designed for long-range precision shooting. The Condition One Max builds upon Badger Ordnance’s Max 50 Scope Rings, which has been the standard for military .50 caliber machine guns and sniper rifles. The mount features six screws per ring-cap for increased coverage and greater clamping force on the mounted optic. To ensure the greatest possible recoil resistance, the Condition One Max utilizes a low profile hardened steel clamp foot, as well as four machined #10 cross bolts with low profile T20 heads. The Condition One Max has no forward cantilever, making it an ideal choice for shooters who find it difficult to find proper eye relief with cantilever designs. In addition, the Condition One Max is compatible with the majority of C1 accessories and attachments, including micro red dot mounts, anti-cant devices, and cosine indicators.
The 1.30" height is perfect for longer range scopes on bolt guns and will work well on AR platforms with some rifle scopes. With 20 MOA cant, this mount is excellent for long range use, especially when mounted to a platform with a fixed rail and no other option for extra MOA in the base. The slightly lower to the bore mount, as well as the cant, or lean forward, will make scope selection with a forward Picitinny rail, like an AR15 or .308AR tricky with a long-range scope. Be sure you have enough room for your objective lens to clear the forward rail. Smaller objective lenses, like 44mm should work fine, but do make sure.
The 34mm tube covers a wide range or high-end scopes, including Nightforce, Schmidt and Bender, Vortex Razor, March, Kahles, and others.

About that TAN anodization:
Badger has made every effort reduce the variation in TAN color across the C1 mount/accessory line. At Charlie's we see this with every manufacturer. Tanodizing is hard to get consistent. Geissele has a hard time at. HK has a hard time at it. There are just too many variables. Badger and Charlie's will not accept returns of C1 mounts or accessories because of color issues. Returns would be subject to restocking fees, etc. and not due to defect.
