The Aimpoint ACRO QD 30mm Mount is a quick-detachable mount for ACRO sights. It raises the height of the optical axis to 30mm and fits on Picatinny rails. The mount is designed for use on weapons platforms that require a small, lightweight red dot system.
Though originally designed for PDW and handgun mounting, its ultralight build and fully enclosed emitter make the ACRO just as at home on larger platforms. While raised mounts are available for ARs, many weapons benefit from a lower profile mount. This lever quick detach mount sits lower to the rail making it excellent for submachine guns, shotguns, AKs, or similar systems where more height is desired than the low option but the full AR height is too much.
NOTE: For AR mounting, use the 39mm variant. A 22mm mount is available for a lower profile.
