The Nightforce ATACR 4-16x was a great seller in the mid-magnification range, and like always, customers wanted more.  So, in 2021, Nightforce introduced the 4-20x, with just a modest increase in size and weight, with all the greatness of a scope for the 300 to 800 yard range, and now a little bit more umph to get you a little further, or a little crisper image at the same distance.  ATACR is built bomb-proof, so the ATACR 4-20x with 5x magnification is a great all around tactical and target scope.

With a mid-magnification range scope, the ATACR is a multi-purpose scope.  This precision optical instrument has applications in the hunting, competition, and tactical fields, and is equally at home atop both bolt-action and semi-automatic rifles. Its highly flexible magnification range enables it to be used on setups intended for both mid and long range, and its power throw lever allows the user to rapidly switch between the two. As with all ATACR riflescopes, the 4-20x50F1 comes standard with the ZeroStop elevation turret. This function allows the shooter to instantly return to their scope’s original zeroing after making on-the-spot elevation adjustments.

Highlights of the Mil-XT

The MIL-XT™ has a simple center dot for a fine aiming point at center, while the main lines feature .2 Mil-Radian holds. Each whole Mil-Radian is numbered for fast reference under even stressful conditions. 
Below center, whole Mil-Radian intersections feature a floating dot. Dots are placed at .2 Mil-Radian increments, while whole Mil-Radians are increased in size for fast counting. Additional marks are placed at half Mil-Radian increments as well. Numbers below center alternate in size for easy counting and verification of appropriate hold points.
