The Gen 7 is for those who want a sleeker profile, eliminating the side sling swivel attachment points from the housing. Instead, the Gen 7 comes with our ambidextrous sling mount already installed.
This model has very minor cosmetic blems, where it looks like factory caused some scratches. It is hard to notice, but on inspection, you will see some places where there are small scratches down to raw metal. Honestly, it will bother just about nobody, unless you thought it was new in a factory package. This product is not used, but has some blemishes which could have occured during installaton or in handling before repackaging. Photos are not shown of the blemishes, as we have a few in this catagory.
Charlie's grades this as a B+/A-. If you know anything about our grading of used and blemished products, we are very conservative, and want the buyer to be aware. Most customers tell us that our grading is too tough. We rather tell you B+ than tell you A and have you be not happy and want to return. In running a volume business is is not practical to take a picture of blemished accessories.
