Brice over at BSD Fabrication has been making custom adapters for Surefire muzzle devices to mount to a Bravo - ASR - Universal - Hub designed suppressor for a few years now, and recently, he came up with a unique and patented device that solves this problem with a production device. The Warlock is designed to interface with most all Surefire SOCOM flash hiders and brakes and fit inside a 1-3/8"-24 hub opening used my a good number of major suppressor manufacturers in the last few years.
The Warlock QD adapter snaps in place over the Surefire muzzle device and then rotating the Warlock, locks the suppressor in-place. The Warlock is semi-permanently mounted int the rear of a HUB designed suppressor. BSD has designed the device to be hardy enough to resist blast of the muzzle device.
BSD notes that there are some suppressors and muzzle devices that will not quite fit. You should take a measurement. The minimum clearance is 1.5" of internal blast space. The Surefire Warden tends to be a little long, and some suppressors, like the Silencerco Omega, a little bit short. But, most will fit.
