The Forward Controls Design Ambidextrous AR-15 Charging Handle in flat dark earth is an upgraded component for AR-15 platform rifles. It features ambidextrous dual levers to allow charging from either side of the rifle. The levers have an elongated wing shape to provide increased surface area for easier grasping and pulling.

The charging handle is CNC machined from durable materials. The angled latch geometry is designed for reliable catching when returning to battery position, with an audible click. The elongated latch surface aims to enhance lockup security. Interior ribbing increases rigidity to prevent bending or deformation from repeated charging cycles.
The exterior shape is sculpted to help deflect gas away from the shooter when using a suppressor. Forward Controls Design specializes in ergonomic enhancements with a focus on human interaction for rifle accessories and components.
This ambidextrous charging handle is compatible with standard AR-15 pattern rifles and components. It is not compatible with SIG MCX or SIG 516 platform firearms.
