The CDX CRBN Series

Known internationally for their competition and sniper rifles, Cadex has not ignored the sportsman looking for lightweight precision. Whether the game resides in the back-country, high country, or wide open country, ounces equal pounds. While many manufacturers will cut weight wherever and however they can, Cadex refuses to sacrifice stability solely to achieve that. Starting from the ground up with their in-house made CNC machined and wire EDM stainless action, these rifles are built with attention to detail at every step. This action houses the 50 degree lift, four lug bolt with radial fluting, slim hunting bolt knob, and a Sako style extractor. A heavy duty recoil lug will help hold things in place over the weapon's service life. A Picatinny rail is affixed with 8-40 screws, stronger than the smaller industry standard 6-48 screws. The rubberized grip insert as well as the oversized trigger guard and magazine release aide in using this rifle with gloved hands or in adverse weather conditions. Finishing off the action is Cadex's DX2 Evo trigger, convertible by the end user between single and double stage as well as adjustable from 1.5-2.5 pounds.

Cadex's Tundra Strike stock is made with a blend of fibers resulting in a rigid yet light platform. Molded into the polymer are aluminum bedding blocks to eliminate the need for traditional glass bedding. Repeatable and precise alignment is achieved due to Cadex CNC machining these bedding blocks as well as the magazine housing and the pocket for the recoil lug. A neoprene cheek pad and a Cadex logo recoil pad help soften recoil and make the shooter more comfortable.

For the heart of these rifles, Cadex has gone to the expert in state-of-the-art barrels, Proof Research. Proof starts with in-house manufactured 416R stainless barrel blanks and turns them to ultralight contours to be wrapped in carbon fiber. Stronger and more rigid than steel, the carbon fiber is also wrapped in a manner which helps radiate heat away rather than keep it insulated in the barrel. This increases the service life of these premium, match grade barrels. Threading allows for the included muzzle brake to be substituted for a silencer.

Buying and shipping through Charlie’s is easy, but there is some information you need to know. This item must ship to an FFL holder. No civilian exceptions.

       1)  Check your state laws to make sure the federally regulated item you want to purchase is legal in your state.

       2)  Find your FFL… Have your dealer send us a copy of their FFL to Charlie’s (Make them earn their fee!!!)
