AR15 Lower Receiver Vice Block

Charlie's tries to bring you the best of the best in the shop.  This is a new tool from VISM, and while also part of our Value Collection, this is a no nonsense tool.  One thing we like in the shop is simple, and good.

This tool holds your lower receiver in-place while you remove the rear castle nut.  We have been using a plastic clamp, and that is good, but every now and then, you get some marks on the receiver, or you ding up the buffer tube or the castle nut takes too much torque and you twist the tube or the receiver.  This tool allows you to put the lower in the vice without ever touching the receiver, and holds the rear of the buffer tube in place.

• Provides a stable platform to work on the lower receiver, install lower parts or to remove the buffer tube castle nut.
• Secures a milspec lower to a bench vise for maintenance and assembly.
• Includes a removable buffer tube ring to aid in the installing a carbine buffer tube plumb straight on the receiver.
• Locks and holds the buffer tube so that the castle nut can be properly tightened without misaligning the tube.
• Includes:  AR lower receiver vice block, buffer tube ring with three (3) set screws, pistol grip bolt for securing receiver to the vice
• Constructed with blue anodized Aluminum.
