When the FBI's prestigeous Hostage Rescue Team wanted a mount they could throw down on the concrete and pick up their weapon, they chose the Spuhr mount.  Now, you can too for your HRT clone build, or any other tough as nails rifle.

The Mico Mount is one of the most rugged Aimpoint Micro/CompM5 mounts. Attaches to any Picatinny or STANAG NATO 1913 rail with two Torx screws.  it is not going anywhere.  Spuhr clamp on one side and the sunked Torx screws on the opposite side.  You are not getting anything stuck on this.   Lower 1/3 Co-witness Height: 41 mm/1.614" (with Aimpoint Micro T-1) Height from rail to footprint: 26.26 mm/1.034" Weight: 91 g/3.2 oz Fits the following red dot sights (though height may vary for non-Aimpoint sights):
