Probably the most advanced LPVO available.  The dual focal planes allow for the red dot to be constant in the Second Focal Plane, while the reticle stadia varies in the first focal plane for range finding and longer-range shooting.

Schmidt and Bender PM II 1-8x24 PM II ShortDot CC rifle scope series helps shooters get true red dot sight along with patented CC mode in a single riflescope. By turning the magnification adjustment to "CC", making 1x magnification for 7m to 10m near distances parallax free. CQB2 reticle becomes available for tactical use at larger magnifications and the red dot at Second Focal Plane becomes the basic reticle.

Schmidt and Bender PM II 1-8x24 PM II ShortDot Dual CC rifle scope series comes with illuminable reticle at First Focal Plane and FlashDot at Second Focal Plane. The 1-8x24 ShortDot from Schmidt & Bender is a feature rich riflescope line.  Combat ready LPVO, and sheer awesome civilian and law enforcement applications as well.  This is a true Close Quarter Battle Scope, and is used by many of the NATO forces for urban and close engagement. The patented CC mode integrates a true red dot sight. At 1.1x, turn to CC and the system becomes parallax free with 1x magnification for distances between 7 and 10 meters. The S&B 1-8x CC riflescope has a true 1x magnification and is parallax free to 7m. By increasing the magnification above the CC Mode the riflescope is parallax free to 100m. Since the FlashDot is located in the 2nd focal plane the size of the dot stays constant. Three different illumination increments are eligible. At higher magnifications, the Mildot reticle in the 1st focal plane can be used. Thus a opportunity for a direct measurement of target and object sizes is enabled. With a maximum magnification of 8 the 1-8x24 PM II ShortDot Dual CC is also an ideal riflescope for identification purposes and operations up to medium distances. The illumination of the reticle can be regulated in 8 different increments, whereof three are optimized for the usage with a night vision.

With a weight of just 23 oz., a length of 11.54 inches and a 30mm main tube diameter the 1-8x24 PM II ShortDot Dual CC is a compact 2-in-1 system. 

This riflescope is in RAL8000, the German version of FDE or Coyote Brown is probably closer.  S&B offers the same scope in Black.  If interested, ask your Charlie's Custom Clones team member.  RAL8000 has become a little more popular, especially with German rifles, like HK, but also with Knights Armament and LMT rifles and others.
