This tool is necessary for mounting a Precision Reflex Gen III forearm. It is used to tighten the locking collar which secures the forearm to the upper receiver. The wrench is made of steel.
Made by PRI for use with their Gen III round handguard. The Gen III is one of two Mk12 handguards, and is found on both the Mk12 Mod 0 and the Holland rifle.
