Basic stuff, but, if you are looking for 6-position, you cannot get better than LMT.  Colt has the 4-position, but LMT buffers are the best out there.  Gray dry-lube applied, and this buffer tube will treat you right.

Milspec 5.56 receiver extension

LMT Defense has a great option for those building their own MSR. LMT milspec receiver extensions, or buffer tubes exceed the quality standards of others in the industry. LMT does the heavy lifting and times the tubes to have a “no guess” fit with LMT (or other great milspec) lower receivers and follow up the black anodize finish with dry film lubricant to enhance performance.
