The ELCAN SpecterOS 4x is a fixed-power 4x combat optic built by ELCAN, a division of Raytheon Canada, and distributed by Armament Technology alongside Tangent Theta and Tenebraex. All of the optical elements sit inside a single sealed housing, protected from dust, weather, and field abuse. LED illumination lights the reticle and a red dot for low-light and close-quarters work. The SFOV4-C1 variant (CX5855 reticle) adds a Vertical Subtention Optical Rangefinder inside the field of view. The optical housing is also engineered to eliminate internal reflections that would return laser interrogation.
