The Daniel Defense 30mm AR15 extended scope mount is designed to be lightweight and capable, with two rings tightening top to bottom for a secure fit.  Made from lightweight but tough 6060-T6 aluminum and hard coated Type III anodizing.  Available here in 30mm tube size and features Torx easy drive fasteners.  The DD 30mm mount weights 5.5 oz.
