Wes Grant is a precision shooter and builder of some great guns and accessories for PRS and other precision shooting applications. Wes is pretty old school, and never designs a bad product. You know the kind. Well, Wes and Precision Reflex joined up to design and produce one of the better brakes on the market. The Mid-South Tactical Network, the MSTN Straight Quiet Control muzzle brake has been built to meet MSTN's "Only the Best" philosophy. Machined from solid bar stock 304 stainless steel for the improved resistance to heat and erosion, the QCB utilizes three (3) baffles to significantly reduce felt recoil and keep your muzzle flat and on target.
The MSTN brake comes with the required shims. Charlie's recommends clear Rocksett to lock in place (not included). The three small round holes should be at 1:00 when properly timed. No special tools needed to install. Charlie recommends hand tightening, and then a little torque with a standard round screwdriver with electrical tape to avoid scratches through the brake ports. Viola !
