KAK Industries Multi Position Barrel Dimple Drilling Jig - for .750 gas blocks

This is the jig Potomac Armory uses for all of Charlie's custom-builds. Great for the professional or AR15 hobbyist.

The KAK Multi Position Barrel Dimple Drilling Jig is great for perfectly aligning dimples for your AR-15 barrel. The Drilling Jig is constructed from 4140 hardened steel with a mag phosphate finish. The Drilling Jig is designed specifically for gas block set screw spacing of .400, .425, .450, .470, and .500.

What spacing do you need for your gas block?

Here are a few that we have measured:

• Geissele, Badger Ordinance (.400)
• Daniel Defense, Troy, Sadlak, Potomac Armory (.425)
• PRI (.500)

Don't see your gas block manufacturer on the list?

Don't worry, just do the following (see photo):

1. Extend the set screws out 1/8th inch
2. Align to the drill holes on the KAK jig to find the best match
3. Screw the Pointed Set Screw into the hole on the opposite side of the jig

Note: Potomac Armory has learned that, if you're doing a lot of drilling and your KEO Brand Spot Drill gets dull, you may want to opt for a standard 1/8th inch hard metal drill bit, in combination, with the EZ Accuracy Gas Block Dimple Tool.
