Geissele
The Geissele Duty Rifle is a high quality firearm that meets the needs of cost conscious shooters who demand performance and reliability. Completely assembled in-house at Geissele's facility in North Wales, Pennsylvania, the duty line is based on Mil-Spec reliability with Geissele upgrades, and offered at a price that is accessible for Police Departments and the individual officer, as well as anyone looking for a duty grade firearm to depend on.
Note: This is not a Super Duty Rifle. Pretty much the same in functionality, but purpose built and priced for the active operator.
This duty firearm comes with a Geissele G2S trigger. The G2S is a non-adjustable two-stage trigger and allows precise and accurate trigger control. The G2S is manufactured from the same tool steel as the SSA and the sears are also wire EDM cut. Visually, from the outside of the weapon there is no difference from the SSA and the feel and is the same. The G2S’s two-stage design allows the trigger to be light enough for accurate and precise shots, but forgiving enough for up close work. The Super Duty lower is precision machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and features a Tier-1 Mil-Spec Lower Parts Kit upgraded with a Geissele Maritime Bolt catch and a Geissele Mag Release. A high quality Mil-Spec Geissele Buffer Tube with a Super-42 Buffer & Spring Combo configuration ensures this firearm is properly tuned out of the box.
The upper features an M4 receiver with a forward assist, dust cover, and M4 feed ramps. The included Geissele Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group is coated with Nanoweapon for maximum corrosion and wear resistance. The Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group also features extended upper rails, providing greater stability and dramatically increasing feeding reliability. The Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group comes with the Geissele Stressproof Bolt. Made from Carpenter 158+, directly developed with Carpenter Steel metallurgists to create a material that is cleaner and has less impurities. This makes our Stressproof bolt stronger and more fatigue resistant. The Geissele Stressproof bolt is also forged, not machined from barstock. This allows us to optimize the grain structure of the steel to yield a bolt capable of 5 times the life of a Mil-Spec bolt. Each bolt is rigorously inspected, high pressure tested, mag particle inspected, and Nanoweapon coated.
Chambered in 5.56mm, the CMV Steel, chrome lined, HP/MPI tested, button rifled, phosphate coated barrel features bomb-proof installation of our Super Compact Gas Block. The handguard is a version of our MK16 Super Modular Rail currently fielded by USASOC and renowned by operators for their performance and comfort. The MK16 series of rails feature M-LOK technology in the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions allowing the end user full customization and modularity to securely mount lights, lasers, and other desired accessories. A Geissele A22 Grip and Magpul CTR Stock finalizes this high-end rifle that offers the user extremely dependable accuracy and performance.

3) Be patient! You should hear from our compliance department within 3-4 business days. If not, feel free to reach out for a status update.
That’s it! We try to make this process as simple as possible for our customers. Please click the “Buying a Firearm” tab at the top of this page for more information.

THIS IS A SERIALIZED FIREARM. It must ship to a Federal Firearms License holder. No civilian exceptions.
Buying and shipping through Charlie’s is easy, but there is some information you need to know. Only a federally licensed firearms dealer may receive a firearm or federally regulated serialized item (like a receiver or suppressor). We cannot ship these items directly to you. Please follow these steps to process your transaction:
1) Check your state laws to make sure the federally regulated item you want to purchase is legal in your state. Your FFL dealer should be able to give you all of the necessary information regarding your state specific laws. But, if we ship to your FFL, and there is a legal issue, we cannot accept a return. So please make sure that you know and follow your local and state laws.
2) A quick google search will show you what Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealers are in your area. When you are ready to purchase, contact the FFL dealer you would like to use and get their shipping address. During the check-out, put YOUR address in the “billing” section and the FFL DEALER’S address in the “shipping” section. If you don’t know your FFLs address, that’s okay. You can send the information later.
3) After check out, make sure to contact your FFL dealer to ensure they will receive your shipment for you (most do this for a small fee, but you should always double check).
4) Have your dealer send us a copy of their FFL to FFL@CharliesCustomClones.com. Charlie’s does not reach to your FFL (MAKE THEM EARN THEIR FEE!!!)
5) Be patient! In order to ensure we remain compliant with all federal laws, our compliance department is kept separate from our sales and operations team. Please allow a few days for our compliance officer to verify all of your dealer’s documents and ensure all federal laws are being observed. You should hear from our compliance department within 3-4 business days. If not, feel free to reach out for a status update.
That’s it! We try to make this process as simple as possible for our customers, but if you are unfamiliar the process or have any other questions, please visit our How to Buy a Firearm page for more details.
California and New York residents please, click here. The process may be different due to state specific laws.
NOTE: The free shipping option does not apply to full rifles, unless purchased with a riflescope. If you choose free shipping at check-out, we will bill you for shipping later.
