Geissele
If you are here, you know that Charlie's has a deep appreciation for Geissele products. And, why do a mix and match and create an SBR? We made all the hard choices. Because not every Super Duty rifle is made for the same shooter, so we give you a choice.
Yes, a Charlie's exclusive, assembled by the gunsmiths at Potomac Armory, and distributed as a NFA item - short barreled rifle. Yes, we have a number of Black n Tan offerings, as we do a mix an match of various parts. Pay attention to the components, as each is a little different.
The Super Duty rifle from Potomac Armory features many of the same great ingredients of the Geissele factory rifle, but customized to fit a tactical need.
This complete upper chambered in 5.56mm features an M4 receiver with a forward assist, dust cover, M4 feed ramps, houses a Geissele Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group (REBCG), and features bomb-proof installation of our Super Compact Gas Block, to ensure reliability and proper operation.
The handguard is a version of their MK16 Super Modular Rail currently fielded by USASOC and renowned by operators for their performance and comfort.
Charlie's Super Duty SBR is built upon a solid foundation of a Geissele Super Duty factory upper receiver set (08-279B), a Geissele Super Duty lower built with a classic 2-stage trigger (G2S), the Maritime bolt catch, and Geissele standard lower parts kit. We top this off with a Geissele DDC buffer tube, containing a Super-42 spring and H3 buffer, a B5 Coyote pistol grip, and a Bravo Stock in Coyote.
The Super Duty receivers are precision machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and each feature a mil-spec parts kit upgraded with Geissele’s Maritime bolt catch.
