The Colt safety selector is found on M4 and AR15 semi-auto rifles and pistols, and is factory made starting in 2021. There is a notch on the right side to point to safe and fire. The left side lever goes only part way into the middle of the selector axle.
Colt standard safety selectors are one of the only safety selectors which can be installed from the left or the right, so while technically not ambidextrous, this safety can be installed on the left side or the right side with equal operating effectiveness.
