Two things you need to know about Colt barrels: First, they are solid first class quality general purpose battle rifle barrels. You will not find a bad Colt barrel. You might not win a long range shooting competition, but we are dealing with barrels that have been field tested by US and foreign militaries for decades. They are tested beyond what most barrels go through: high pressure tested, magnetic particle inspection. They use the best CMV steel available and have the best military grade phosphate exterior, and a solid chrome lining. Next, they fit any AR / M4 / M16 upper receiver.
These are surplus barrels, mostly take-offs by Charlie's from full Colt rifles. Not used, but they have been test fired. You cannot go wrong with a Colt barrel. These barrels normally cost a whole lot more than what we sell them for, here at CCC. We keep the price down, because we remove so many 16" barrels in making other military rifles that demand a different barrel length, that we have extras.
Barrel is ready to install, just need delta ring assembly. Comes with A2 flash hider, front sight pins, sling loop and barrel nut.
