Flip to side magnifiers have been a staple on carbines for many years now. Thanks to advancements in ammunition, new calibers, and shooters wanting to push things further, increased magnification is sometimes desired. Vortex now brings their Micro magnifier to the table with a 6X option for when the speed of the flip to side option and true 1X of a holographic sight is desirable over a LPVO. Still fast and compact. With the quick detach mount it can also be moved easily between hosts or removed to save weight when not in use. Another feature of the mount is the inclusion of height spacers. This allows absolute and lower 1/3 cowitness as well as compatibility with newer extra tall 1.93" mounts. This optic is shockproof and fogproof with a nitrogen purge. The capped turrets are recessed to prevent snags.
