The FAST (Fast Acquisition Sight Technology) series is a revolutionary line of mounts and platforms designed to deliver a quicker sight picture than standard height mounts. Its elevated optical centerline height facilitates faster and easier reticle acquisition, especially when wearing electronic ear protection, communication headsets, night vision goggles, gas masks, and plate carriers that can potentially hinder a natural shooting stance. By promoting a heads-up posture, FAST allows for quicker visual processing of the battlefield.

The FAST LPVO Mount: A New Standard

In response to the growing popularity of Low Power Variable Optics (LPVO) on the battlefield, the FAST LPVO Scope Mount series is designed to address these specific needs. This series, particularly the Unity FAST 34mm mount, positions the scope's mechanical centerline at a height of 2.05" above the rail. This strategic height offers all the benefits of a tall mount while maintaining compatibility with Clip-On Night Vision Devices (CNVD).

More Than Just a Mount

Staying true to the innovative spirit of the FAST line, the LPVO Mount series goes beyond the traditional scope mount. It features an optional Offset Optic Base (sold separately) that can be mounted either forward or rearward to accommodate the need for backup red dot sights. Additional Optic Adapter Plates are available with footprints for popular mini red dot sights. These plates offer three mounting positions on the Offset Optic Base, allowing users to customize the placement in relation to the MRDS's size and host scope's turret. This modularity provides users the flexibility to modify the mini red dot as needed.
