A lot of thought and discussion is put into "signature reduction." For many, this may mean use of a flash hider or sound suppressor. To others, it means the latest camouflage or constructing a proper hide. One thing often overlooked is reflection off of optics. Scope glint, as it is sometimes called, is the reflection of light from a shooter's optic back at a target. In a military context, this can mean giving away a position to opposing forces. For the hunter, glint could alert game. The Tenebraex ARD (Anti Reflection Device) is an add-on to your existing optic that dramatically cuts down on reflection through the use of a honeycomb pattern grid attached to the front of the objective lens. A secondary benefit is some additional protection by adding a barrier in front of the lens.
This is a factory produced product that fits the 56mm Objective lens - front lens - of the ZCO long-range riflescopes.
