Standing for Adaptable Carbine/Storage, the ACS stock from Magpul has been a favorite of armed forces members as well as the shooting public for many years. Seen often on various M4 Carbines throughout the War on Terror, it is a strong collapsible stock with excellent ergonomics and multiple storage compartments for batteries and other essentials such as spare earplugs, pull through bore cleaners, or emergency oil packets. The two battery compartments are water resistant. Sharing proven design features from other Magpul stocks, the ACS has the shielded anti-snag adjustment latch and the friction lock to reduce movement on the receiver extension. A .30" thick rubber butt-pad comes standard to help with grip of the weapon to the shoulder. Similar to the SOPMOD stock, the ACS has ample cheek weld area for comfort and consistency. Multiple sling mount points give shooters options for weapon retention with a QD socket included that can be mounted to either side. As is expected from Magpul, these stocks are made in America and will hold up to hard use.
