Charlie's Custom Clones is excited to announce that we have partnered with EasyExport to handle all the technical aspects of fulfilling international orders! This partnership will significantly reduce the possibility of seizures by U.S. Customs and the receiving country's customs, and will increase the certainty that our customers will get their orders.

Once registered, you will be able to shop at Charlie's Custom Clones and EasyExport will notify you when their registration has been activated (please allow 24-36 hours).
Due to the very long delay in processing exports and the effort that we have to expend to process the exports, we have updated our policy as follows:
FIRST - You make a purchase on our Website.
You can check-out to "Invoice Me" No Payment is needed at this time. If you make a payment, we will void your payment or refund your payment to you.
SECOND - If you are not registered with EasyExport, you will register with EasyExport.

THIRD - We will invoice you for our Export Processing Service, and we will begin working with EasyExport on your purchase.
You will pay for the amount invoiced by debit or credit card. At this point, we will begin working with EasyExport, which is very time consuming. Each product needs to be cleared for US export control and then for your country's import restrictions and customs regulations for paperwork. As we have over 3,000 possible products, the combinations of products and countries means that unless we have worked that specific product and country combination, this is new work for us and for EasyExport.
There could be some obvious items that we know will not pass, for which we will remove from your shopping cart. But, the majority of items are unknown as to whether they will pass US export and your country's import restrictions until we try.
Our fee for this service is relatively high, as this is a very laborious task. We will quote one fee when we start, and you will pay the fee before we begin working. In the event that one or more items are not accepted for export, we will refund a portion of our fees. Basically, we look at the number of items in your cart, and whether we have worked that combination of product and country combination before to estimate our effort. Our intention is to refund to you roughly one-half (1/2) of the cost of our time, should an item or items be not permitted to be exported. Any refund shall be at our sole discretion and calculation.
Note that once you have paid for your export service, if you change or cancel your order, the export service fee is non-refundable.
FOURTH: When the export is cleared, we will invoice you for your purchase.
You will pay this amount, and then we will begin to process your order for shipment.
The entire process from your selection to shipping takes a large number of weeks or months, so your patience is appreciated.
There are some restrictions and limitations that customers should be aware of before placing an order:
-EasyExport does not expedite shipping times
-We are unable to ship firearms, frames or receivers to individuals in any country. Please ask your firearm dealer to register with EasyExport and buy the product for you.
-We are unable to ship barrels, slides, bolts, bolt carriers, magazines, and cylinders to individuals in countries that require these parts to be serialized. These items must be shipped to dealers.
-We are not currently authorized to export sound suppressors.
-Restrictions from our suppliers may prevent us from exporting certain products
-Due to complexities with US export restrictions, there will be a rather long delay in your order processing. Ask Charlie's team for the most current backlog estimate.
