The 6315RF combines superior flash suppression with effective muzzle control in a platform function. Forward Controls is known for great design, and design that works through simplicity. This flash hider compensator takes its lead from the ubiquitous A2 birdcage, which was first fine-tuned by Forward Controls in the 6315 muzzle device. Why? because, the A2 works. The simple A2 suppresses flash, it limits concussion, and it directs blast up and forward and away from dust and grown debris, while also limiting muzzle rise. The Forward Controls hybrid muzzle device features a closed bottom design that strategically directs gas flow through three upper ports, maximizing muzzle control while minimizing the harsh side effects typically associated with compensators.
The compact form factor (shorter than a standard A2) maintains excellent flash suppression performance, making it ideal for both duty and competition use. The .900x24 external threads and precision taper ensure compatibility with Plan B and Rearden Atlas mounting systems and the with the HUB adapter found on the Atlas, allows for a wide variety of suppressor options.
