The Cadex MX1 muzzle brake is designed to deflect the muzzle blast away from the shooter and the spotter. The gasses exit sideways and upwards to mitigate felt recoil.

This variant is bored for 6mm/6.5mm projectiles such as the popular 6mm and 6.5 Creedmoor, 6.5 PRC, and .260 Remington.
