front scope ring cap for night vision on the USMC M40A3 and M40A5 sniper rifle
The 34 mm SIMRAD Cap is an exact reproduction of the night vision integration ring cap used on the USMC M40A3/A5 Scout Sniper Rifle. It is machined from Ordnance Grade Steel and Black Oxide finished.
The ring cap will fit a Badger six-screw 34mm ring, and replaces the cap. This is the most authentic for a M40A3 or M40A5 sniper rifle build, as used by the US Marine Corp. However, the cap will only work with a SIMRAD night vision illuminator, like the PVS-9.
