Lewis Machine (LMT)
LMT front and rear back-up sights, calibrated in yards (imperial)
Designed for the battlefield, and originally fielded on the New Zealand Army's new battle rifle.
Front and rear flip sight for both the M4 platform and for the 7.62mm battle rfile These sights were designed to be used in all conditions. The front sight has an internal clutch to allow the front sight to flex, but also collapses with increased force. The sight stays up with small pressure, but collapses down when pressured for safety. This keeps the sight up when needed and collapses before breaking off.
The rear sight is a simple detent locked up/down sight. It has dual windage knobs, turret style height adjustment and dual peep. Truly designed for the battlefield.
